Based on all that has been said about the co removal from the OTC bb, no facility, no production no leadership, no bankruptcy etc, what other recourse do shareholders have other than ants attempt to resurrect this lifeless co? How do we justify taking a tax loss? I can't believe there is nothing that can't be done. Are shareholders willing to jointly explore and perhaps fund a class action suit? Things can't be just left to stand unresolved. Opinion.
