DOJ indictment ---- both were told for 2 yrs about BLA issues. Reading it, Amarex didn't even submit patient cost(s) data & etc.. So what tha, was going on??
Another FDA aspect is in the emails they told them ---- Nor did we agree you could submit an incomplete BLA
