some rely on fantasy excuses to defend failures
the guy spent almost 500K on a facility lease before shipment was shipped from south africa. then had to default on the same lease a year later.
the same guy spent 5 mil+ on equipment before the public's temperature was taken at the local community level and before DEM final approval.
the pay for play politics failed. someone thought he had it in his back pocket. just read others posts actually believing the wizard was friends with former gov/Geena and had some unlimited support from some politician who became the speaker of the house. the wizard quickly realized he was in that little elbow room state versus in Nj with his VIP contacts. it appears, in the end, he got run of Ri, along with that unproven, untested recycling technology.
100% dumb moves across that whole venture from start to finish.
