Likewise, just supplying you proof as requested.
No point in denying there is a connection between TIME and UNVC, after all it's fairly evident, bearing in mind Lamont is CEO at TIME and listed as President at Univec.
As such, it's highly likely she provided her website services free of charge.
The Canadian website posted by Sparky is incorrect. The actual website for 'SMEDIA' is below, and there is a link directly to it on the Univec website, just click 'SMEDIA' at the footer of the page.

The Maryland Division of Corporations list 'SHARAHYA SAVIOUR' as the owner, the same person who is currently (and still) employed by TIME Org.

Yes, the SEC regulations require a website - but only if you are actually SEC registered. In which case the greater question would be why didn't Dalton re-register with the SEC when going Pink Current? And why did he not have the accounts audited? Both are relatively minor additional steps and would have provided far greater credibility and legitimacy.
Yet on multiple occasions he has intimated he in the process of both - 'Love it when auditors and attorneys agree’ in 2019, and ‘Last SEC reporting’ also in 2019.
Neither came true, and here we are 5 years later - as such, I just wonder how trustworthy the connection actually is, and what Lamont actually does for Univec, if anything.
Similar to Doc's 'other' alleged businesses, he seems to be involved in 'name only'.
