Looking at their client list, Borgers probably marketed themselves as a low cost option (audits are expensive) with a lot of experience, which they had. Unfortunately it wasn't the kind experience you want but nobody knew that at the time and it really has nothing to do with us because they never did any actual work for us.
What does matter is having to change auditors this late with the end of the fiscal year being this month. I'm sure it's a headache for management but probably a minor one considering all the headaches they've dealt with.
Maybe the 10K filing will need another extension, which will be perfectly understandable given the circumstances and deja vu all over again given that last year the 10K was late because auditor Warren Averett was also slapped by the PCAOB, for a technical conflict of interest out of our control.
