NO attorney in the world would represent a client (as a public company/entity), knowing the law, specifically, knowing his client (public entity) cannot consent to any such representation.
rickee obviously doesn't understand a ceo's fiduciary obligations to shareholders, as well as shareholders ownership in a public entity, differentiating the public entity from a private company.
