I posted a warning on iHub earlier today but the morons there have continued to post comments akin to those on the other company's lawsuit.
I have therefore written to the $PSRU CEO suggesting he do the same.
Damages awarded in these cases are typically in $6-figures per defendant so it would be well worth his while and would be yet another line of revenue for the company!
