really, what masks? are you joking? there were no masks to ship in the end, after lying their asses off for 3 months. that's how people can die.
someone missed the memo about the a severe shortage of N95 masks. thus, the DPA was put into place. these birdbrain stooges were scheming in violation of the Defense Production Act.
karma has been a bitch because of that scheme. just saying.
