If Doc could establish a solid correctional re-entry program that would benefit people coming out of prison it could be a real game changer.
Currently our prison system is like a revolving door.
Just watch the news.
Guys with past charges in the double digits still commiting crimes.
The wrap around services could really be a boon to rehabilitation.
It would be nice to see on a national level.
