Every day of NO FILING spells more trouble
IMHO
The company "could" have some serious issues with its reporting relative to Q4 2023 (ending Dec. 31, 2023) or earlier.
It "could" be a case of being trapped into a corner from accounting practices used in prior filings or it "could" be a need to clean up disclosures that were not previously filed.
Unfortunately, for someone, being the only person signing off on the SEC filings, issues holding up the 10-K filing due April 1st (April 16th late date), "could" be very time consuming for a while. These late filings "could" raise flags resulting in a bigger microscope being brought out.
in my opinion
cheers
