Company, eventually responded on August 6, 2018. But, this gives you a look into the SEC relating to comment letters and expected response times. Perhaps, the company has a letter, or two, in hand, after NOT filing its 2023 10-K by end of April 16th (late filing date) and still NOT filed 17 days after the April 16th late filing due date.
Maybe the "sooo transparent" wizard will tweet a copy of SEC correspondence (if in receipt of) to update shareholders, just as he did with that January 12, 2023 very important tweet, with "Snoopy flying on his doghouse", promoting the infamous South Carolina site visit? Otherwise, if no 10-K NO filing explanation letter from the company, it may take waiting for the SEC to release the comment letter(s) on Edgar?
I'll go out on a limb and predict the ceo's new competitive side company's website srnrg.com (Solray Inc) will be completed before the 2023 10-K is filed.LOL
