Someone has to - it’s the blind faith brigade who allow Dalton to continue doing what he has done for decades.
Very tricky to sue a publicly traded shell company, but if it were an LLC and I was an investor - trust me - I would have taken control via legal recourse a long time ago, I’ve done it before. That said, in Univec’s case, I really don’t think it would be worthwhile - it’s not a viable business - no products, no services, massive debts and liabilities.
In the real world, Daltons hollow tweets and posts have no monetary value.
