Update - May 3.
"Update.
1. OTCM Updated to Pink Current. They were very helpful in getting this done quick!
2. We are focused on all SEC filings being caught up in the next 4 months. Audits are required which will take the most time.
3. The pubco we will be aligning with intends to initiate the process to NASDAQ up list in 2025.
