Wonder if Snpw bankruptcy will be the only option while ceo continues to work on his plans for, new competitive side company (solar panel/ESS OEM), named Solray Inc..
Looking for comment letter from SEC for NO 10-K FILING.
Keep in mind the company has had 120+ days to prepare the 2023 annual 10-K filing which consisted of ONLY 2023 Q4 financials and disclosures, The other three quarterly 10-Q's were filed for 2023 as of September 30, 2023.
The NO 10-K FILING can't have anything to do with the Reverse Split since it occurred in 2024 because of the following.
The NO 10-K FILING can't have anything to do with the ceo's new side company (Solray) since there was NO 8-K filed in Q4 despite Solray Inc.'s South Carolina business registration occurring in November 2024.
AND The NO 10-K FILING can't have anything to do with the ceo's new side company (Solray) since there was NO 8-K filed in Q4 regarding Solray's website domain acquired in November 2024
AND The NO 10-K FILING can't have anything to do with the ceo's new side company (Solray) since there was NO 8-K filed in Q4 regarding Solray's team (nor new hires) members nor any issuance of Snpw shares.
My "belief" is this NO Filing event is more serious than just a NO Filing following a NT !0-K filing. Many flags "could" be flying on a sinking ship.
