I think this is true. Short numbers are very low.

Now I am no Wall Street maven, but let me share my experiences from yesterday. I was buying away around the .135 mark. I had a bid in and it was there for a while. Suddenly both the Bid and the Ask showed .1306, and shortly thereafter .1298. I canceled my bid and bought at both those two share prices.

So how does that happen? It seems to me that someone wanted the share price lower right away. And probably not a short, because there aren't so many. How do they do that? How can the offer show well below my bid?
