To this day I don't understand why the BIG BAG holders haven't tried to get the together and filed a suit against Squires at minimum for failing to fulfill his fiduciary duties.
With no stock to sell for 2 years the company must have some reserves to make rent, buy equipment, pay lawyers and make salaries.
You would think one of them would have a friend who was a lawyer that would help them get the ball rolling.
Squires never disclosed what the settlement with K&L was or how much the company ended up receiving from the Pascal contract.
To me I believe there is money there to be recouped for you long big bag holders or at the very least change the management.
