NOT picking on anyone..... BUT. If BB, didn't have shareholder meetings, or put out financials, AND didn't have BOD elections for MANY years PRIOR to NNLX's demise..... He must have known the company was in less than good shape. He should be held accountable legally and financially for his actions. Nothing personal. I'd feel the same for ANY OTHER company or CEO. JMO.
