Business Investment Company (SBIC) based in New York City. We currently 
have $174 million of capital commitments.

We act primarily as a fundamental investor in small to mid-size growth
companies in the United States, providing financing by subscribing to 
private placements of convertible debt, quasi-equity or equity from such firms. 

In doing so, we offer companies with capital needs a quick, flexible,
management-time efficient and discreet alternative to the public
capital markets. 

We pride ourselves in making management-friendly investments to finance
growth and in aligning our interests with that of shareholders through both 
the structuring and the management of our investment. 

By SBA regulation, an SBIC may not hedge or collar its investment. As such, 
we are an ideal value-added lead or co-investor for syndicated transactions.
We were licensed by the Small Business Administration on October 30, 2003 
after completing their extensive and rigorous due diligence process.
