No offense to your theory, but you're taking a miniscule thread of a what-if and creating a world record crocheted blanket the size of Craig's ego out of it.
It would be great if the system could blow up thanks to the discovery occurring in this trial, but that ain't gonna happen. The fda isn't going to have to answer to anything. The pour brothers may or may not get slapped with the long schlong of the law, but that result will be due to their actions and their actions alone. There is plenty of on-record communications where the fda is spelling out what was wrong and how to correct it as if it were one of us trying to explain to the board's Lionel Hutz what caveat emptor means. KK knew the rules and he didn't abide by them. He also didn't abide by any of the many communications from the fda. So there isn't going to be a reckoning over the fda's Cytodyn team talking smack. We'd all bitch to our colleagues if a jackhole of a customer repeatedly wasted our time.
I've got people I won't work with anymore because of the size of their jackholedness. Happy to not have their money. And as a side note, it often seems like it's the cheapest customer buying the least expensive stuff that requires the most handholding and delivers the most frustration. I call em Craigs, but they probably go by a ton of different names. Choose your own adventure.
