A few Docs get speaking fees and such but not so much any more. Maybe being a clinic Doc kept me from being offered such things. The closest free-be that was offered to me was a gag mirror that made things look larger than they really were, that was to be put on the wall at waist height. This was offered when Pfizer first started marketing Viagra. I declined the gift but it was kind of funny at the time.
The only free thing I want now is the ability to legally freely prescribe Leronlimab.
