Anyone who actually understands the potential would do a direct buyout not funding. If done soon before any upcoming results it would be a lowball offer. At a potential 50 cents a share those of us who got in when the price had dropped substantially either the first or second time would do ok. Those who got in on the upswing would be crushed.
