My thoughts are if Trump wasn't in the run that Gavin would probably challenge Biden.
...that is simple to see as that would give the Democrats 12 years in office had Gavin moved forward....there again if Gavin sucked like Biden or couldn't walk and chew gum at the same time then maybe not?
...if Trump wins we would now have a potentially 12 years depending upon how his VP is able to do in his VP term and then Presidency.
