Thinking about a business versus setting up a competitive for profit business entity, publishing a website in the public domain and naming yourself the ceo is friggin cut throat move.
Time won’t be the wizard’s friend.
Think about the damage done in a week. Don’t file an annual report, don’t put out a statement to the shareholders and then get caught ph@kin around becoming a ceo of another company, established 6 months ago, with a competitive business model spelled out on its website, and no statement informing shareholders and no 8-k.
This cat is a real asshat. As greedy and selfish as they come with a grand ego bigger. He’s got plenty of splain’in to do with Securities folks.
He’s not the smartest guy in the room for sure. i.e. Emailing a message board poster with a threat?
