Based on the creation date 11/25/23 of Solray
and the beginning of the SNPW tweets 11/29/23 of the China meetings with Tsingshan. FoxEss, Autowell, Sun Group and SC Solar
It appears Solray will be a part of SNPW or SNPW will become Solray.
This is further strengthen by Gary in attendance at the China trip and the site visit as well as being part of the new corporation.
The issue for current shareholders will be the amount of compensation shares given out to the new company and what amount of share will be used as collateral for the financing. (Amount of dilution and how restricted the shares maybe be)
