Very good point Integracer02.  Neither company could legally talk about a material event until all details are worked out and final, and even a MOU would need to be made public.  I would argue that North Cal would not want such an announcement if they are serious about HIMR, because this would jack up stock prices.  The good news is, we potentially have a great deal to look forward to in the weeks and months ahead as HIMR develops its business.
