As far as those who think that "we'll see a settlement soon" -- the parties have agreed to extend deadlines into November. There's all kinds of information coming from the Nader/Kazempour legal proceedings that easily could affect any settlement.
Why would they agree to move the deadline 3 months LATER if a settlement were imminent?
I say this because a classic tactic of soft bashers is to set up an expectation that the company has NOT stated, and then express disappointment and bash the stock when the bogus expectation is not met.
Wishful thinkers accidentally feed into that too. One is from malice, one is from hope, but they can have the same effect of discouraging shareholders.
