"Not too heavy, not too light"
Haha --- got that right.
"They have attempted to copy it but were
"They attempted work arounds, but they were abject failures"
Aka: patents.
On NP:
He's a habitual lier.
*Claimed saving the company from bk.
It was Cytodyn of Mexico in bk. The 1st "Cytodyn" company, controlled by Allen D. Allen & that company never had Pro-140.
Allen & daughter later formed today's Cytodyn.
Back then, I posted all the court documents & different companies.
*He said while he was on BOD in '08, initially worked for free, because he wanted to 1st show he could bring value to the company.
Was absolute bullshit.
He had a Service Agreement & was paid $200k yearly. So yea, he wasn't a "paid BOD member" & working "for free".
Here's the sack kicker --- the Agreement allowed him 1 assistant, who was to be given 250k shares & a salary.
He hired his wife. Who later sued Cytodyn. I posted yrs ago & have all the 2008 SEC filings & etc
..etc..
* He told us syringe issues was the hold-up due to being plastic & 700mg -- a simple mfgr fix".
* He said addtl experts were hired to help with the BLA. That was far in advance of the total BLA fallout.
We still don't know who they were or even seen "them" referenced in the e-mails.
So far, another lie.
*He said he sold shares to pay Samsung & he "always suffer for the company". No SEC filings.
I posted he also bought a $800k house.
Included pics of it too.
His employment contract says what the DOJ pointed out --- to get awarded stock, all that was needed, was a submitted BLA. That was all he cared about.
DOJ also said NP/KK were both told for 2 yrs by the FDA, about the BLA.
There's more to add to it all, but even this is too much to say someone was simply sleep @ the wheel.
Habitual lier, self enduring, to advance personal agenda
& he knew KK was being crooked too.
Agree 100% that both had different reasons for what they did & it all got seriously out of hand.
Finding out why KK conviently turned into a piece of shit, will be interesting. My bet, they settled a Sealed agreement.
Get all of KK's forms of communications with Amy entity or individuals, within years of date X to date Xyz
My bet is a settlement in a few months & most importantly, also agree 100% the FDA is not holding LL back now for 2024 & frwd.
Also for the significant reason many pointed out:
LL for Chronic is not a direct threat to the industry.
And loving there are no others competition.
Like you said --- they tried, & as of Feb 2023, realized total ownership is out of the question due to those patents.
One thing always overlooked ---- the Patent office was & is not, on any FDA / pharma team.
A saving grace.
Having im sure knowing of the 5-7 years working on & seeing in 2023 the patents granted, now, LL Chronic route is beneficial to them.
FDA works with us, to rid the company (LL), of the fishy players.
Dr. J says he's confident can say & glad Cytodyn:
"finally has a collaborative relationship, with the FDA"
All that matters & absolutely outstanding.
Still sinking in.
See the trial design, & it's sunken.
Shall see....
