Here is a good question. Where did Dalton's 100 million shares go in the 3rd quarter? That is a question to mull over for sure.
I know where the shares did NOT go. Those shares did not go to an insider or a family member as they are not in the financials. Also Dalton did not file a form 5 by April 14th, very telling to me, because reading up about a form 5, it discloses where the shares went or the average price received and there is also an "out" for not having to file a form 5 that just makes my "theory" even more interesting and plausable. I have a idea where they went, but no "proof", but wow does it make me feel good if I am correct.
Don't bother to ask me, at least not right now because I want the see how the question is handled, maybe the board only wants to hear complaints because it sure seems that way, even from many "longs". Yes, I am frustrated too, but I understand.
