No, Time is not part of Univec at this point. Yes, Univec is a "legal" empty shell company with little revenue. Anyone thinking Univec has "hidden" businesses doesn't have a clue. So, nothing has been merged into Univec in the last FOUR days. Remember the SEC rule about a 4 day disclosure. I guarantee that a 4 day disclosure of a merger is required for ANY publicly traded stock. I choose to wait for the merger(s) and you nor anyone else is going to scare me out of my stock.
