Quite possible Foxess is done with SPP?
Foxess may know more than shareholders know? Real nice huh?
All signs point to peeling away any SPP/global partner affiliation mention on their newly designed U.S. website pages.
PLEASE NOTE: if there's any real expiration, termination with respect to Foxess distribution agreement (per 2021 8-K), there better be another/follow up 8-K disclosure, to announce the material event to shareholders and investors. This better not go down the road of undisclosed (for months) transit bus/bench revenue contract expirations and undisclosed Medrecycler subsidiary leaving the parent public company umbrella.
