NO-FILING?? SO, YOU DON'T WHAT YOU OWN
you're in the dark just where the wizard wants you to be.
must be nice being on the inside when the same insider finds a way to not have to file an annual 10-K as part of his fiduciary duties to shareholders.
then the coward doesn't even have the courtesy to post an apology/explanation message on his SEC approved "bipolar happy days only" corporate twitter platform.
therefore, IMHO, I wouldn't expect any 10-K filing anytime soon and the company will not be able to pay (or want to pay) the SEC filing fee and Non-filer fines, anyways.
So, why would many NOT be thinking that a bankruptcy filing is closer than a 2023 late 10-k filing?
