That’s why I have had this individual on ignore for quite some time.
I too have had employees that I let go for being a negative influence, backstabbing type, weenie, or in current times:….a full blown Karen.
There is usually a motive behind such a person.
Life is too short to deal with these kind of individuals IMO.
