Seeing posts about selling this Fraudulent company as a shell. That won't work...
There are CLEAN shell companies for sale, with no delinquent filing and no debt, for $400-$500k. No one will pay more than that for SNPW, especially with millions in debt owed.
Campanella will also not forgive the debt since he's using the company as his personal ATM. So no buyers will buy a shell that's delinquent, plus have to pay out some of the debt when they can buy a clean shell for half a million.
