My thoughts about accelerated selling today.
It may be a case of the shareholders giving the company 1 extra week to file its 10-K after the late filing deadline of April 16th. But, no 10-K filing seems anywhere in sight. That's obvious with no statement/explanation (ONLY CRICKETS), for NO filing, by the ceo, on twitter.
The company may have decided, a while back, it wasn't going to file a 10-K to avoid any additional exposure dealing with past and current expense/revenue issues?
Or, is the company trying drive the stock price down to allow for the cheapest stockout before restructuring for new ownership/investors' advantage or going private?
