the Amarex litigation could have some resolution in the near to intermediate-term I am hoping. I would think it could be a large settlement in our favor, which would change the financial dynamic and put an end to these capital raises that are occurring at ever lower share prices.

Also, I would just like another call with Jay that delves a little deeper into the timelines for the new trial, other potential trials, any potential discussions with partners, partnerships with academic institutions, etc. I get that we're in a bit of still water at the moment, but that's a good time to keep current investors motivated and as informed as possible i think.
