I believe that Sparky found out from them a couple of years ago that the higher level exchange does not need the main street growth act, only the venture exchange might require it? That will be for small startups. As we look to being a Flagship ticker on this new exchange I do agree that the SEC approval for the exchange would be all that we need. We should find out in the coming days or weeks.
