I know this is a very minor kind of malfeasance compared to some of the very lethal things the FDA did, but you have to shake your head at this:

Dr. Jay writes Jeffrey the Cloven-Hoofed Murray, saying "This email is just from me to you" and Jeffrey then immediately turns around and sends this private mail to the three women (who are presumably standing over a large pot, stirring it together).

Then one of the three pauses from stirring the bubbling pot to ask Murray if he "wants to share it with John." And Murray says "he was just going to ignore Jay. "

Their devotion to saving lives is kind of remarkable, is it not. I imagine they will tell their grandchildren stories of how they fought off a lethal pandemic. Sainthood, someday, awaits.
