Could be a combination of both...Butt,...I suspect that with Dr. Jay et al...doing justice to the Large Molecule...possibly in baby steps...
The FDA has started to recognize that We are a legitimate enterprise...and Nader and the old crew (the sycophants) are history.
That is not to say...We didn't have quality people (Dr. Chris Recknor comes to mind)...unfortunately when you have the "C-suite shuffle" going on...everyone associated gets painted with the same brush.
Once We are underway...some of the old crew may emerge...Kinda depends on What We look like...when we emerge from the cocoon.
