Druggie, I've been thinking about that reply:
A derivative lawsuit typically has VERY little to with whether or nor you "lost" any money and more to do with the overall handling, or in this case mishandling, of a corporation.
Your response is troubling in that you're either ignorant to the law or, worse, you're too deeply imbedded in this company to dare make a stand.
In any event, it's not a good look for you....
