I wonder what the DOJ is thinking. No way they expected all this drama and emails going back years with the FDA. They thought KK and NP made misleading statements and sold shares. Thought the SEC handed them an easy case to win. Might be but perhaps their FDA cousin gets a little tarnished along the way.
