Karma called it last week in a solar chat forum!
The company would not be able to file its 2023 10-K in order to avoid the super duper microscope.
So, don't be surprised IF previous filings WOULD need to be revised for reasons one could only imagine.
WONDERING IF the company left anything out of its NT 10-K filing, on April 1st, related to why it failed to meet the late filing deadline?
