Keep in mind, Cytodyn legal team would have @ minimum tried talking to Amarex before filing suit.
The 1st dam thing i would have pointed out to Cytodyn legal team
is this very "denied by FDA" stuff.
Then of course, it would have been taken into consideration & snooped for signs of "hate denial".
Instead.....we paid the retainer fee, in full.
