Meanwhile, the company can't sell one solar panel of lithium battery and then finds a way to not be able to file a 10-K after 107 day window following the close of the 2023 annual filing period.
Anyone think the 10-K filing is so pathetically disgusting someone doesn't have the cahonies to file it? there's a reason it's not being released and the shareholders may never know why. As was the case when revenue hit ZERO and none of you knew the remaining transit contracts were toast months earlier (no 8-K). As was the case when none of you new Medrecycler was no longer owned by Snpw/shareholders versus the ceo until months later (no 8-K).
There were two board of directors last I looked. Wonder how those 2 are getting along? The whiskey must not be going down, as smoothly, now that the PROMO power is dead.
