Don't expect 2023 10-K filing anytime soon

The wizard must be too busy, on the inside, getting his own ducks in row. all the while those on the outside are left empty-handed and guessing the status of the company.
Instead the incompetent one could end up spending the next 30-60 days having to deal with the SEC as a 10-K NON-FILER.
Not even a letter from Turner Stone filed with SEC explaining why the company missed the late filing deadline for its 2023 10-K.
Would anyone be surprised if the company didn't have the money to pay Turner Stone for the annual audit? But, you folks saw the PROMO tweets showing the ceo was able to take business vacation trip to China to photograph hotel lobbies. LMAO!!
