Maybe they never file the 10-K due yesterday?
Problem with late filers is, once they miss the late filing date, it doesn't matter if they file the next day or 2 months later. perhaps, increased fines based on the lateness of the filing ought to wake up a serial cheater. looks like these fines can run, at a minimum, 25k to 75k. sounds like a small price to pay, to be able to keep shareholders in the blind, while a ceo is posting photoshopped photos on the corporate linkedin page. sounds sick
Then it makes one "wonder" if this is a tea leaf for missing the upcoming 2024 Q1 10-Q late filing date too. another tool to use when keeping shareholders in the blind while the wizard has more time to get his personal agenda lined up.
The maestro is, obviously, distracted with something else, being able to miss a 10-K filing, 107 days following the end of the year/period.
So, i ask my fellow concerned citizens, what's going on behind the scenes as usual.
in my opinion
