He files what was highly likely the worst BLA the FDA has ever seen, & blames them for not giving him a 60 day window.
Im sure there's serious stipulation loop-holes, in FDA fine print.
"admitted to filing an incomplete BLA"
After 7 yrs of being employed.
Like sean007 replied to me... Amarex was paid $80m.
So he's saying "60 days", & none of this press release would have occured:
