Since we are granted 3 more months to dig into the FDAs internal emails, I think I hope that we don’t uncover sooo much negligence by the FDA that it lets Amarex off our hook. We’ll never hook the FDWhale.
Unlikely, since we’re structuring settlements with Amarex. But that’s what I’d be trying for if I were a lawyer for Amarex.
