nobody really ever knew what they owned, or didn't own for that matter.

shareholders have to be wide awake (finally) after missing a late filing date (106 days following year end) for a 10-K.

just when you think you've seen it all, things gets weirder and worse by the week.

1 employee has been too many, for years, in this case for certain.
