A scammer - duplicate alias basher with no posts on other tickers since 2/28 - tried duping people that $SFLM was having a r/s quoting an article that was for Marin software ($MRIN).
That caused a few small holders to panic and whack the bid for 8M - those that bought on the bid didn't add any to the ask.
