IF...the resulting evidence is strong enough...the defending party can be advised to stop jacking around...or it could be worse in the outcome.
Remember... the FDA said it was supremely botched and communicated as such with their letters to Amarex...after repeated warnings and guidance. Bordering on sabotage...the material delivered/offered by Amarex was NOT gonna get the job done...and everybody connected... knew it to be true.
